VILLA MONTSERRAT: RESERVATIONS

2010 Weekly Rates: We require a minimum rental of one week [7 nights] for the villa, generally Saturday to Friday. You may, however, request alternate check-in dates.

January 9th to April 17th:

April 18th to November 14th:

November 15th to December 18th:

*Use of main house only. Downstairs apartment will remain unoccupied during your stay.

Make a Reservation: To confirm availability, simply contact us by email and let us know your preferred dates and number in your party. Please include your telephone number. You may also contact Barbara Sykes by phone in the U.S.A. at 1-215-923-1415 x14

Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will reserve the Montserrat villa for you for 14 days. The villa books up quickly so do follow up to make sure we received your email.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental is required to confirm your reservation. Please make your U.S. check or money order payable to Josette Bonafino and Ian Cross and mail it to:

If we have not received your deposit within 14 days of the date of your inquiry, your reservation will be cancelled.

Confirmation: Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation and information concerning your trip.

Balance: The balance of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: There is a 50% cancellation fee on the total rental for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your arrival date. There is a 100% cancellation fee on the total rental for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to your arrival date. If we are able to re-rent the villa for the entire rental period, there will be no cancellation fee, but a 10% administration fee will apply on the total rental. No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Villa Montserrat is not responsible for any loss or damage or delay resulting from weather, government regulations or Acts of God [including those related to volcanic activity on the island] and our standard refund policy will apply.

Egret House is in the northern part of Montserrat and just over 15 minutes drive from the Little Bay ferry and the new Gerald's airport.
